Who we are?
If you’re wondering what lies behind the corporate face, it’s good people. People who make sure you won’t feel lost or overwhelmed at any point and assist you throughout the whole process
- I started working in banking where I made my first steps in sales and got familiar with financial instruments.
- I started my first business at 24, offering cost reduction consulting services to companies with a turnover of at least 1.5 million. While successful, I believed I still had much to learn and jumped at the opportunity of becoming an area sales manager at romania's largest Insolvency practice CITR.It was an amazing learning experience due to the team and a vast asset portfolio, ranging from scrap metal to factories worth millions.
- The next step was joining a London-based M&A-oriented company. I specialized in buy-side, helping buyers identify good acquisition opportunities, both on- and off-market. That meant seeing them through the whole acquisition process, from signing the first NDA, to negotiations, due diligence and completion.
- Together with my business partner, we believed that the Romanian market shows great potential, but was strongly underrepresented. Thus, during the last year, we started AdNumus in order to contribute to the local development and help local entrepreneurs.
- I like meeting new people and finding out about their business experience and entrepreneurial challenges.
- With over 6 year’s experience in helping clients buy and sell businesses, I have been exposed to the multiple facets of M&A and learned that a deal is not just about numbers - it's actually about the people that are making the key decisions.
- I like to believe that I am an approachable person and that I can quickly establish a good rapport with people. The most crucial part in what I do is listening to you. I need to understand your concerns, the plans and motives and address them appropriately throughout the process.
- I do NOT consider myself a salesman and I definitely don’t employ irritating selling techniques.
- Otherwise, my passions and interests are diverse: foreign languages and comparative literature, hiking, music and musical instruments, numismatics, juggling, minesweeper.
